One of the best parts of my summer was when my precious friend Joni came out and stayed with me for 2 weeks with her kids. G was gone for 5 weeks and her husband was deployed for 4 months, so we decided to tackle the time apart from our hubbys together. It was great!!! We drove all 5 kiddos to CA to stay at my Nana's old house. We stayed for about 4 days. We had the best time. The water was FREEZING, but the kids didn't care a bit. They had a blast.
